As Principal, R&D; Learning Products & Enablement, you will define strategy for Product, Engineering, and Design organizations. The senior individual contributor role combines technical understanding, program leadership, AI adoption, and scalable learning products. You will help employees access knowledge, tools, workflows, and communities that support productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Define R&D; enablement strategy, roadmap, service model, and success measures
- Discover capability, knowledge, adoption, and performance needs across R&D;
- Create learning products, tools, automations, and knowledge resources




- Lead programs from discovery through launch and adoption
- Improve R&D; and developer onboarding continuously

Requirements:
- Eight-plus years in technical product, program, learning, or enablement fields
- Five-plus years supporting software engineering, product, data, or AI teams
- Experience translating emerging technologies into adoption strategies
- Hands-on prototyping with AI tools, APIs, integrations, or low-code platforms
- Experience designing scalable learning products or technical onboarding Bring technical product leadership, AI adoption expertise, and learning-product design skills to Samsara’s R&D; enablement function.
