Support acquisitions, dispositions, assets, and development. As Senior Associate, Investments and Asset Management, Multifamily Rental, you will report to the Vice President, Multifamily. Your work spans underwriting, transaction execution, reporting, budgeting, development assumptions, and market research. The position supports Anthem's multifamily portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite multifamily acquisitions and investment opportunities
- Build financial models and investment committee materials
- Coordinate due diligence through transaction closing
- Prepare asset reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis




- Maintain development assumptions and portfolio trackers

Requirements:
- Approximately 2-5 years of relevant real estate experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or economics
- Robust financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Income-producing real estate underwriting experience
- Understanding of NOI, cap rates, IRR, leverage, and cash flow Bring multifamily underwriting, Excel modeling, and asset management expertise to Anthem's Vancouver investment and development platform.
