This full-time position supports nursing services through clinical oversight, staff coaching, quality reviews, and interdisciplinary planning. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, and support LPNs and Healthcare Aides
- Support nursing service planning and evaluation
- Participate in physician and interdisciplinary care rounds
- Review medication records, carts, charts, and admissions
- Respond to resident and family care concerns

Requirements:
- Current Alberta RN or LPN registration in valuable standing
- Three to five years of continuing-care clinical experience
- Leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse experience preferred
- Knowledge of nursing standards and infection prevention
