As HSSE Manager, you will lead and develop the local HSSE team while supporting design through operational transition. The work spans risk management, regulatory compliance, contractor alignment, investigations, audits, and continuous improvement. You will help establish reliable operations from day one. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the local HSSE team Establish strategy focused on risk reduction and prevention Participate in design reviews and hazard assessments Lead investigations, audits, inspections, and corrective actions Implement ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline Minimum eight years of progressive HSSE experience Leadership experience developing and leading teams Experience with construction, commissioning, or startup activities Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and risk management Bring HSSE leadership, ISO management systems expertise, and risk management experience to Hitachi Energy’s facility startup.
