Lead cybersecurity pre-sales for CIRA's DNS products, using XDR expertise and solution design in a blended remote and in-office model. Advise customers across complex technical needs. As a senior individual contributor, you advise customers on CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training, CIRA Canadian Shield, DNS Firewall, and Anycast DNS. You lead discovery, demonstrations, requirements, and scalable architectures. Your work spans proposals, implementation guidance, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support. Collaboration includes Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Support. Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery calls, technical discussions, and product demonstrations Translate customer needs into requirements, scope, and dependencies Design architectures, statements of work,



and implementation plans Guide cybersecurity solution setup, configuration, and technical handoffs Provide XDR expertise throughout sales and implementation Requirements:

Five years of relevant technical pre-sales experience Security industry experience and solid XDR technical expertise Experience with demonstrations, discovery, and statement-of-work documentation Knowledge of workstation deployment and troubleshooting across operating systems Bachelor's degree or related experience in a relevant field Apply your XDR, DNS, and cybersecurity architecture expertise as CIRA's senior technical advisor for customer solutions.
