Lead applications development through microservices architecture and cloud-native engineering as a senior management leader within Citi’s Technology organization. This is a full-time leadership role. The Applications Development Senior Group Manager manages multiple skilled teams and drives applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will establish application systems, guide architecture, and coordinate delivery with Technology teams and end-users. The position emphasizes enterprise platforms, regulatory change, and disciplined technology governance. Key Responsibilities:

15+ years in software engineering, technology leadership, and program management 8-10+ years managing managers and engineering teams Enterprise platform leadership in financial services or payments Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native development, and APIs Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred Bring enterprise engineering leadership, cloud-native development, and strategic program management to Citi’s applications organization.
