Source aviation parts and materials for Avmax in Calgary, using negotiation and supplier relationship management within the Condor division. This full time permanent Purchaser reports to the Production Manager at Avmax. The work covers procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, inventory support, and purchasing compliance. You will use analytical thinking, communication, organization, and Microsoft Excel while managing purchasing priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement from RFQ through purchase order closure
- Source aircraft parts, consumables, tooling, and general materials
- Evaluate quotations for price, availability, lead time, and quality
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules
- Expedite critical and AOG requirements for component shop operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Two to four years of purchasing or procurement experience
- Strong negotiation and commercial decision-making skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- ERP experience; Quantum preferred Apply purchasing, negotiation, and supplier management expertise to support Avmax aviation operations and component repairs in Calgary.
