Lead food innovation projects at Olymel using project management expertise and product development knowledge. Coordinate initiatives across production, quality assurance, marketing, and supply chain. As a Project Manager - R&D;, you will guide multiple initiatives from conception through commercialization. Your work will develop product concepts, recipes, and formulations while supporting compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. You will also contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
