Lead global consolidation and financial reporting for Recurrent Energy, using U.S. GAAP expertise and Hyperion Financial Management from Canada or the USA. As Manager, Financial Reporting, you will support North America and EMEA within Recurrent Energy’s Finance team. The position oversees group accounting close, consolidation, and reporting for Canadian Solar’s subsidiary. You will review subsidiary data, maintain HFM, and support SEC reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee monthly global group consolidation and analytical review Prepare group statements, audit schedules, and consolidation proofs Review subsidiary data for U.S. GAAP compliance Maintain HFM and lead reporting system enhancements Liaise with external auditors and advisors Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline U.S. CPA, Canada CPA, or ACCA membership Ten-plus years of progressive accounting or finance experience Three-plus years in consolidation or financial reporting Solid U.S. GAAP, HFM, communication, and project management skills Apply global consolidation, U.S. GAAP, HFM, and reporting expertise across Recurrent Energy’s expanding clean energy organization.
