Our Client is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead change strategies for large-scale ERP projects. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring stakeholders embrace recent systems and processes, driving organizational success from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans tailored to project needs. Conduct impact analyses and stakeholder assessments to prepare teams for change. Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to foster collaboration and address resistance. Coach leaders and teams on change leadership best practices, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba. Monitor and evaluate change progress through success metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. Support communication and training initiatives to optimize user engagement and operational readiness.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules, SAP Ariba, and complex Cloud ERP projects. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Proven experience in process documentation, business process mapping,



and system testing (SIT/UAT). Skilled in data validation, reconciliation, and project support activities. Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. A degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Must be able to pass an Enhanced Security Clearance Note: This role is hybrid: 2 days onsite in downtown Edmonton is required.
