Lead GTB risk decisions in Toronto with transaction structuring expertise and commercial judgement at TD Securities. Assess complex products, transactions, and initiatives. As Vice President, you will work within first-line GTB Risk alongside Origination, Product, Legal, Compliance, Credit, and Operations. Your experience may span transaction banking, structured finance, corporate banking, credit, product, or banking and finance law. The role focuses on evaluating risks, shaping practical solutions, and aligning business activity with TD’s risk appetite, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, and control expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Assess and shape GTB transactions, products, client solutions, and strategic initiatives Review documentation, structures, risks, mitigants, and structural alternatives Support credit requests, annual reviews,



and bespoke client needs Develop risk policies, frameworks, playbooks, and business guidance Advise senior stakeholders and escalate material risks or control concerns Requirements:

Five or more years supporting complex financial transactions or products Understanding of GTB products or similar financing structures Experience assessing documentation, regulatory requirements, policies, or risk frameworks Robust analytical skills, commercial judgement, and communication abilities Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities Bring transaction banking, structured finance, and risk expertise to shape commercially workable solutions for TD Securities in Toronto.
