Support a geographically dispersed workforce. This Senior Change Manager will lead organizational change management for enterprise HR technology transformation initiatives. The work centers on Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning Management Systems. You will partner with executive sponsors, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and business leaders to enable lasting behavioral change. Key Responsibilities:

Seven or more years of organizational change management experience Three or more years supporting SAP SuccessFactors programs Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and LMS Prosci, CCMP, or SAP SuccessFactors certification Experience supporting geographically dispersed workforces Apply senior OCM expertise, SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, and executive stakeholder management to advance enterprise HR transformation.
