As District Energy Team Lead, you will guide WSP’s District Energy Systems practice and deliver solutions across thermal networks, energy centres, utility infrastructure, retrofits, and current builds. The position combines technical oversight, project delivery, people leadership, and strategic client relationships. You will work with utilities, campuses, municipalities, clients, and colleagues across WSP. Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of district energy industry experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Professional registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC Experience overseeing complex engineering projects and technical quality Proven client and industry stakeholder relationship-building ability Bring district energy leadership, engineering oversight, and relationship-building expertise to WSP’s growing British Columbia practice.
