Senior-level software engineering experience Hands-on AI agent development and production deployment experience Experience with MCP, evals, guardrails, and agentic workflows Solid platform or systems engineering background Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java Bring AI agent production, platform engineering, and developer tooling expertise to improve software delivery across the SDLC.
