Lead complex construction delivery for Marcon, overseeing safety, quality, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through completion. As Project Director, you will report to the VP, Construction, and provide overall leadership for a significant hotel development. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on oversight of planning, financial performance, contracts, delivery, and stakeholder relationships. You will help Marcon deliver a landmark project while supporting operational excellence and team development. Key Responsibilities:

8–10+ years of progressive construction project management experience Leadership experience on large-scale or complex projects Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, contracts, finances, and safety Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving skills Construction Management, Engineering, or related diploma or degree Bring senior construction leadership, commercial judgment, and team-building expertise to Marcon’s significant Metro Vancouver development project.
