Lead ServiceNow portal delivery for TELUS, translating complex public sector requirements into actionable solutions across business, operational, and technical teams. As an experienced Business Consultant, you will support end-to-end delivery for a high-profile Large Complex Deal customer. You will drive process alignment, define requirements, refine roadmap priorities, and prepare a secure custom Service Portal for rollout. The work spans ServiceNow, Recent Service Introduction, Agile delivery, governance, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end Service Portal project execution Translate contractual mandates into Epics and User Stories Analyze workflows and guide future-state process adoption Coordinate security, privacy, architecture,
