Lead CNA Canada’s Specialty and Programs business through strategic growth, underwriting excellence, and portfolio leadership across national insurance operations. This officer position directs Management Liability, Financial Lines, Cyber & Qualified Lines, Healthcare, and Programs/Affinity. You will shape business strategy, risk appetite, distribution, and performance while aligning Canadian priorities with Global Specialty leaders. The mandate includes financial accountability, governance, market expansion, and organizational capability. Key Responsibilities:
