As a Complex Claim Director, you manage cyber liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, employment practices, fidelity and crime, and professional liability claims. You evaluate moderate to high-severity matters, collaborate with claims and underwriting colleagues, and pursue strong customer service and results. Your legal expertise supports claim strategy and underwriting decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct coverage analysis, investigations, negotiations, and claim resolutions Prepare reports on loss development, exposure, coverage, and strategies Coordinate recovery opportunities and efforts Manage outside counsel,



litigation plans, budgets, and payments Answer underwriting legal questions and draft reference materials Requirements:
