Maple Reinders seeks an experienced Construction Skilled for its Civil Estimating team. The Senior Estimator prepares tenders for Plan Spec, Design/Build, and Construction Management opportunities. The work includes detailed cost estimates, drawings, specifications, subcontractor quotations, take-offs, and value engineering adjustments. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and tenders using accepted practices Review drawings, specifications, project requirements,



and construction risks Select subcontractors and suppliers and obtain quotations Complete quality take-offs for self-performed and self-priced tasks Close and finalize tender submissions with senior managers Requirements:

Seven or more years estimating water and wastewater projects General contractor experience in water and wastewater construction Process mechanical experience preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge Engineering degree, technology diploma, Red Seal, or equivalent experience Apply senior estimating expertise, risk assessment, and civil construction knowledge to water and wastewater tenders at Maple Reinders.
