The Major Pursuits Capture Strategist leads end-to-end capture processes for must-win opportunities. This full time role partners with Client Account Management, technical, marketing, and work-winning teams. It shapes opportunity assessments, Go/No-Go decisions, client intelligence, win strategies, proposals, interviews, and presentations. Key Responsibilities:

Identify viable opportunities and lead opportunity assessments Facilitate pursuit strategy workshops and alignment sessions Develop capture plans, win strategies,



and client intelligence Oversee proposal development and formal proposal reviews Coach interview teams through rehearsals and presentations Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field 10+ years in proposal management, capture strategy, or business development Experience leading large, complex capture planning processes Public-sector procurement experience Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and project management skills Bring executive communication, infrastructure delivery knowledge, and disciplined capture leadership to TYLin’s major Toronto pursuits.
