Job Description Edmonton - New Market - Regional Director - Fractional CFO Services

The CFO Centre Canada is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven finance leader to build and lead our Edmonton region.

This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to establish and grow a regional business backed by the world's leading provider of Fractional and Part-Time CFO services.

Remote-Based | Must Reside Within the Region

The ideal candidate will combine

senior CFO or financial leadership experience with strong commercial and business development capability . As Regional Director, you may personally support CFO clients while building your portfolio, developing the market and growing a team of experienced CFOs.

You'll be responsible for expanding The CFO Centre's presence throughout Winnipeg, developing client and referral relationships,



recruiting and supporting high-calibre CFOs, and building a sustainable regional business.

What You'll Build

As Regional Director, you will:

Establish and grow The CFO Centre's presence throughout Edmonton

Develop new client relationships and strategic referral partnerships with banks, accountants, lawyers and advisors

Personally support CFO clients where appropriate while building the region

Drive business development and regional revenue growth

Recruit, mentor and support a team of experienced CFOs

Deliver an outstanding client experience that drives retention and referrals

Collaborate with national leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Build a sustainable, high-performing regional business
