The role focuses on transactional corporate and commercial matters, including lending, investment, and contract work for a Crown corporation. The position requires a law degree, provincial licensure, and extensive experience (7–10 years). Hybrid work arrangements are offered with relocation support to Ottawa or Toronto/Montreal hubs.
