We are looking for a proactive IT Production Support Engineer with strong experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices to manage, monitor, and support our critical business applications. Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for applications hosted on AWS/Azure platforms. Monitor infrastructure using cloud-native and third-party monitoring tools. Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues related to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Automate routine operational tasks using Python, Shell scripting, and Power Automate. Maintain and support BI tools such as Power BI and Cognos.
Collaborate with development and cloud engineering teams to resolve incidents and implement preventive measures. Mandatory Skills
Expert-level proficiency in AWS/Azure platform. Troubleshoot issues related to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Hands-on knowledge of Python, Shell scripting, and Power Automate. Maintain and support BI tools such as Power BI and Cognos. Robust knowledge of AWS and/or Azure. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Copilot. Exposure to AI/ML or Gen AI. Familiarity with Cloudera and Axiom. ITIL Certification or Incident/Problem Management exposure. Deal Breaker Skill
