Shape Assurance learning programs at PwC Canada through instructional design and stakeholder collaboration across traditional and virtual classrooms. As an Assurance Learning and Development Program Manager, you will develop relevant learning initiatives supporting the PwC strategy. You will identify needs, consult sponsors and subject matter experts, and create performance improvement solutions. The work spans project management, digital learning platforms, facilitation, and program implementation. Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships across Assurance, Human Capital, offices, and global teams Identify learning needs and develop suitable strategies and solutions Collaborate with subject matter experts on course content Execute budgets, schedules, communications, enrollments,



and evaluations Facilitate instructor skills and deliver train-the-trainer events Requirements:

Experience developing and delivering audit or accounting training programs Robust consulting, project management, and interpersonal skills Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines Supervisory and facilitation skills Bring Assurance training, instructional design, project management, and facilitation expertise to PwC Canada’s learning programs.
