This hybrid position requires onsite work three days weekly. As an experienced Executive Administrative Partner, you will keep a global organization operating smoothly across multiple time zones. The work includes confidential information, expense reporting, document approvals, and assigned projects. Solid attention to detail and urgency are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars across global geographies and time zones Coordinate senior client meetings, events, and executive staff meetings Arrange compliant domestic and international multi-leg travel Review, approve, process,
and reconcile expense reports Generate presentations and support organization-specific leadership projects Requirements:
