Lead mechanical construction field execution with Hall Mechanical Services, applying workforce leadership, scheduling, safety, and quality management expertise. The Site Superintendent serves as the senior field leader for assigned projects. You will translate plans into execution while coordinating labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and field teams. The position works with the Project Manager to achieve project requirements and HMS standards. Key Responsibilities:

Extensive field leadership experience in mechanical construction Experience leading large field teams and multiple supervisors Demonstrated success delivering complex projects Robust knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Trade Certification, construction education, or Gold Seal Certification preferred or considered an asset Bring mechanical construction leadership, project execution, workforce planning, and safety expertise to Hall Mechanical Services assignments.
