Lead commercial sales growth for Encor in Edmonton, using Alberta energy market expertise, business development, and sales leadership skills. This full time permanent position follows EPCOR’s hybrid program. As Associate Director, Commercial Sales and Business Development, you will expand Encor’s commercial footprint across Alberta. You will lead approximately three Account Managers while pursuing complex B2B opportunities, negotiating energy contracts, and shaping commercial strategy. The position requires customer, broker, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Own commercial sales growth, revenue, margin, acquisition, and retention targets Originate, pursue, and close complex commercial energy contracts Lead, coach, and develop approximately three Account Managers Maintain forecasts,



pipeline visibility, and conversion performance Represent Encor with customers, brokers, partners, and market participants Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field 10+ years commercial sales and business development experience Strong Alberta electricity or natural gas market background Experience closing complex B2B deals and long-term energy contracts Advanced Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency Bring Alberta energy expertise, commercial deal-making, team leadership, and executive relationship-building to Encor’s Edmonton-based growth agenda.
