Lead adjudication for Ontario privacy rights at the IPC in Toronto, applying administrative law and access legislation within a flexible hybrid model. As Manager, Adjudication, you will guide adjudicators within the Tribunal and Dispute Resolution Division. You will support caseload management, legislative interpretation, administrative law, and file processing. The role also includes delegated adjudication, administrative leadership, and special projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead adjudicators on caseload management and file processing Guide legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures interpretation Adjudicate assigned appeals and complaints under delegated authority Provide administrative leadership to the adjudication group Lead or participate in assigned special projects Requirements:
