As Director, Research & Development, you will lead Advanced Development, Current Product Development, and Sustaining Engineering. The role unifies product development under one operating model while guiding innovative endovascular technologies toward commercialization. Success requires strategic judgment, technical leadership, and disciplined execution across concurrent programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Advanced Development, New Product Development, and Sustaining Engineering
- Develop R&D; portfolio strategy and allocate resources
- Ensure design control excellence and accurate Design History Files




- Guide programs through technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs
- Build leadership capability across the R&D; organization

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of progressive product development experience
- Significant medical device leadership experience
- Knowledge of design controls, risk management, and ISO 13485
- Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally
