Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our healthcare team. The MOA plays a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties

- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Prepare and update patient medical records accurately
- Manage incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas and equipment
- Support physicians and nurses with clinical tasks such as specimen collection or room preparation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards

Requirements

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting,



preferably with hospital experience or outpatient clinics
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient interaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Certification or training in medical assisting is preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety protocols
- Must be available to work the occasional Saturday shift
