We are looking for a qualified, MECHANICALLY inclined individual to complete our parts team. Although the responsibilities will include those indicated below this particular role will require that you work closely with our Service Manager to ensure our field mechanics/millwrights have all the parts necessary complete their daily job scope. It is a position that requires a high level of attention to detail, a mechanical aptitude along with the ability to meet strict deadlines on a regular basis.

The Parts person is responsible for sourcing parts for a wide variety of pumps locally and globally. Must be familiar with ordering, as well as receiving and shipping inventory, both for customer specific work orders and sales orders.

Responsibilities:

· Build strong relationships with staff and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

· Ensures customer satisfaction within area of primary responsibility

· Maintaining all incoming and outgoing inventory

· Be familiar with and understand the use of Purchase orders

· Create sales orders

· Ordering parts /Inventory Control / Cycle Counts

· Shipping and Receiving





· Pick-up and delivery

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Valid Class 5 driver’s License

· Must have and provide a Clean Drivers Abstract

· Working knowledge of the oil and gas, Commercial and Municipal systems

· Good attitude towards work and customer first priority

· Must be well organized and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Must be able to work under supervision and guidance of the Parts Manager

· Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed the Apprenticeship Program

· Strong Written and Verbal communication skills

· Computer literacy/ general knowledge of QuickBooks is definitely an asset.

. Mechanical aptitude is an asset

· Must be able to pass Drug test / Spot drug tests requirements
