Please note that this is a adaptable hybrid position that will require you to work on site 2 days weekly after training is concluded.

Please note that training will be conducted 100% on-site.

Your Role:

 Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure, including AWS WorkSpaces and hybrid cloud environments.

 Administer and maintain VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server environments.

 Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related enterprise services.

 Provision, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual and physical servers.

 Manage and maintain enterprise storage solutions, including SAN and Dell EMC platforms.

 Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve incidents, outages, and system alerts.





 Perform root cause analysis and maintain accurate technical documentation.

 Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.

 Leverage automation, scripting, and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

 Provide Level 2/3 infrastructure support while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

 Other duties as directed.

Who you are:

 You have 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Administration, Systems Engineering, or a similar role supporting enterprise environments.

 You possess strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Windows Server administration.

 You have in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core Microsoft infrastructure technologies.

 You have experience managing enterprise storage environments, backup solutions, and disaster recovery processes.

 You are a strong problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across cloud, virtualization, server, storage, and VDI environments.

 You are an effective communicator who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Hours Of Operation;

Monday to Friday; 8h00am to 5h00pm (Must be willing to participate in on-call work as well provide after hours support during major incidents or planned maintenance activities.
