One World Staffing is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Event Lead for an upcoming Candlelight Concert in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership skills and experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service. The ideal candidate will oversee the onsite team, coordinate event operations, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Location: St. James Presbyterian Church, 35 Fitzroy St., Charlottetown, PE C1A 1R2
Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: CAD $22 per hour
Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
Date: 31st October,2026

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the onsite event staff team.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, including candles, signage, and guest areas.
- Ensure the venue is ready before guests arrive.
- Coordinate ticket scanning, guest check-in, seating, and crowd flow.
- Act as the main point of contact for staff and help resolve onsite issues.
- Communicate instructions clearly and keep the team organized.




- Ensure the venue is left clean and tidy after the event.

Requirements

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or team supervision is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage staff in a busy workplace.
- Availability for the full shift.
