We are looking for a robust leader who can develop successful teams, improve departmental performance, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You Will Do

- Oversee daily Service and Parts operations.
- Manage productivity, inventory, budgets, and departmental profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure manufacturer standards and warranty procedures are followed.

What We Are Looking For

- Automotive service, parts, or fixed operations management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dealership operations and financial performance.
- Stellantis experience considered an asset.
- Valid full driver's license.

- Annual Compensation Ranging from: $100,000 to $180,000+
