As Senior Project Lead, you will report to the Manager, Project Delivery, within the Enterprise Strategic Operations Branch. You will guide multi-year projects aligned with strategic priorities, budgets, timelines, and business needs. The work supports Government of Alberta ministries delivering technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex enterprise projects from planning through implementation
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-ministry resources, initiatives, and project dependencies
- Establish project governance, methodologies,



and delivery standards
- Monitor performance, budgets, quality, risks, and compliance

Requirements:

- Related university degree and four years related experience
- Robust leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Sound judgment, negotiation, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
- Effective management of people, resources, budgets, and priorities
