The Human Resources Advisor supports managers and the Management Committee across workforce planning, wellness, recruitment, and change management. This position also helps apply compensation systems, collective agreement requirements, and human resources policies. The work includes recommendations and administrative follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise managers on human resources programs and practices
- Develop strategies and the human resources action plan
- Support difficult absenteeism and performance situations
- Assist recruitment, interviews, orientation, and integration
- Apply compensation systems and working conditions requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- French language knowledge is required
