As a Manager with MNP’s Regional ease Cloud Accounting Services team, you will oversee full-cycle accounting engagements. Your work spans bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll administration, and accounts payable and receivable. You will also advise clients, support teams, and address technology issues across cloud-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle cloud accounting operations and client engagements
- Oversee reconciliations, reporting, payroll, payables, and receivables
- Monitor engagement quality and resolve technology issues
- Allocate workload and coach cloud accounting bookkeepers
- Build trusted advisor relationships and identify business development opportunities
Requirements:
- Six years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
- People management, relationship building, and leadership skills
- QuickBooks Online Advanced and Xero certification preferred
- Business administration or accounting certificate or diploma considered an asset
