As Associate Principal, you will lead the electrical team across building projects from concept through construction. Your work combines power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, project management, and client-facing responsibilities. P.Eng. registration with EGBC is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead electrical design, analysis, and consultancy across project stages
- Manage drawings, specifications, and technical documentation deliverables
- Review contracts, shop drawings, and technical submissions
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams




- Mentor staff and support business development activities

Requirements:

- Registered P.Eng. with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia
- Ten-plus years of electrical building systems design experience
- Expertise in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and emergency power
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Leadership, project management, and client-facing experience
