Apply submarine operations expertise to training systems integration for CAE, supporting the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project from Canada-based locations.

This Subject Matter Expert supports the Training Systems Integration team with Royal Canadian Navy submarine engineering knowledge. The work spans propulsion, power systems, atmosphere control, damage control, weapons, sensors, and platform survivability. You will help develop training solutions, simulations, scenarios, testing, and instructor development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide submarine expertise during naval training solution development
- Lead systems task analysis and training architecture activities
- Define simulation requirements and operational scenarios
- Create training, test procedures, scenarios, and lesson plans




- Test systems and support defect resolution during execution

Requirements:

- Extensive Royal Canadian Navy submarine service experience
- Strong submarine systems and technical operations knowledge
- Knowledge of CFITES or similar Systems Approach to Training
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods and NATO SECRET requirements
