Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Mental Health & Substance Use Outpatient Services Nurse (RN/RPN) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering short-term assessment, intake, crisis intervention and treatment for adults with MH/SU concerns in Vancouver.
Working in a client- and family-centered model, you will develop and adjust care plans, coordinate services across the continuum, and connect clients to community resources while upholding BCCNM standards and trauma-informed care.
