As Senior Key Account Manager, you will own named express parcel accounts and pursue national carriers, 3PLs, warehouses, grocers, and bottlers. Your work spans supply chain automation, parcel sortation, material handling, systems integration, and machinery manufacturing. You will shape consulting scopes, coordinate complex pursuits, and expand relationships through service agreements and upgrades. The role reports directly to the Canadian business leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Walk warehouse floors with operations teams to understand business pain
- Build consulting scopes, change plans, and client RFPs
- Coordinate engineering, legal, technical,
and delivery teams
- Close $10M–$50M integrated transformation projects
- Present to executives in English and French
Requirements:
- 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales or key account management
- Experience in automation, intralogistics, material handling, or industrial technology
- Track record closing multi-million-dollar integrated solution deals
- Professional fluency in French and English
- Comfort with RFP processes and independent account leadership
