Lead Java full stack development at Citi, using Spring Boot, React, and cloud-native architecture to deliver scalable applications. This is a full time senior technology position.
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst establishes and implements application systems with Citi’s Technology team. You will guide systems analysis, programming, application design, and system enhancements. The work includes Java or Python, backend frameworks, modern JavaScript, and Gen AI integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities
- Define system enhancements for products and process improvements
- Ensure application designs follow the architecture blueprint
- Develop coding, testing, debugging,
and implementation standards
- Coach developers and analysts while allocating work
Requirements:
- Six or more years in applications development or systems analysis
- Strong Java or Python full stack development experience
- Expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Core, Flask, or FastAPI
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
