As Senior Consultant, Transformation, you will support AHS strategic priorities within the Hospital Based Leadership model. You will develop site change plans, guide sustainable operational improvements, and advise leaders on complex issues. The work spans patient flow, service planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead site-based transformation initiatives across clinical operations
- Develop change plans aligned with AHS strategic priorities
- Translate priorities into practical operational improvements




- Provide recommendations on complex operational issues
- Support performance reporting, data analysis, and budget monitoring

Requirements:

- Master’s or graduate degree in a related field
- Five to seven years of senior management experience
- Experience within a complex public or private organization
- Experience leading strategic and transformational initiatives
- Solid change management and stakeholder engagement skills
