Drive Pelco video security sales across Western Canada from British Columbia or Alberta, combining channel development with technical demonstrations. Travel regularly, including over 50% throughout the assigned territory.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will lead video solution selling initiatives across Western Canada. The work combines territory strategy, partner engagement, Salesforce CRM, and technical problem solving. You will grow net-new business through distributors, integrators, resellers, technology partners, and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Motorola and Pelco video products across Western Canada
- Develop markets and identify net-recent end-user needs
- Manage channel relationships and sales activities in Salesforce
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and partner training
- Forecast revenue and support quarterly sales objectives
Requirements:
- Two-plus years selling video security solutions
- Two-plus years in direct physical security customer roles
- Understanding of distribution channels and partner enablement
- Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel over 50% and lift up to 50 pounds
