Design healthcare integrations with HL7, FHIR, and APIs as a Senior Software Developer at MEDFAR, working hybrid or remotely from Quebec. Help connect systems supporting MYLE, MEDFAR’s cloud-based electronic medical record.

As a senior member of the interoperability team, you will design, implement, and maintain integrations enriching the MYLE ecosystem. You will analyze requirements with healthcare professionals, develop APIs, and build secure architectures. The setting includes .NET, C#, REST APIs, React, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design integrations using HL7, FHIR, and custom APIs
- Analyze healthcare system requirements with professionals
- Develop APIs connecting healthcare software applications
- Troubleshoot, monitor, update,



and maintain integrated systems
- Document integration processes and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field
- Over seven years’ healthcare software development experience
- Experience with Azure, .NET, HL7, FHIR, and APIs
- Experience with healthcare integration platforms such as Mirth or Iguana
- Fluent English; French is a plus
