Lead BVCC’s Invest pillar in NW Calgary, developing involvement and leadership pathways while serving full time with regular office and weekend presence.

As Associate Pastor, you will serve on Bow Valley Christian Church’s pastoral team and help people follow Jesus through time, gifts, and resources. You will develop the Invest vision, strengthen participation across BVCC’s four pillars, and equip ministry leaders. The work combines pastoral duties, systems development, administration, and relational ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate the Invest pillar vision
- Oversee Invest leaders, events, and programs
- Create pathways for meaningful ministry involvement
- Identify, equip, and develop ministry leaders
- Maintain budgets, communications, and ministry systems

Requirements:

- Love for Jesus and passion to share His message
- Alignment with BVCC’s mission, strategy, and statement of faith
- Relational skill with all ages and cultures
- Five-plus years of pastoral experience
- Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, theology, or related field
