Technology Portfolio Manager with financial planning and governance expertise at Tata Consultancy Services, supporting executive portfolios across programs and workstreams.

This position requires portfolio management experience, preferably in Banking and Financial Services. You will manage CxO-level portfolios, coordinate technology workstreams, and connect executive priorities with actionable plans. The work includes financial oversight, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across Technology, Business, Finance, Risk, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage CxO-level portfolios across programs and technology workstreams
- Maintain integrated views of scope, investments, milestones, and outcomes
- Plan budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and variance analysis
- Recommend funding, capacity,



and sequencing trade-offs
- Provide governance, executive reporting, risk management, and escalations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Experience in portfolio management, program management, PMO, or technology governance
- Robust financial management and cost optimization skills
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
