As a Mechanical Estimator, you will support early-stage budgets, hard-bid, construction management, design-build, and stipulated price estimates. The role involves coordinating mechanical scope with architectural, civil, structural, and electrical estimators. You will also review drawings, tender documents, subcontractor quotes, contracts, and project-specific risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare pre-construction estimates and early-stage project budgets
- Assemble organized hard-bid and design-build estimates
- Coordinate scope delineation and estimating matrices

Requirements:

- Intermediate or senior mechanical estimating experience
