O.E.M. Remanufacturing Company Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations across three shifts, driving safety, quality and productivity improvements while aligning with OEM strategy.

You will oversee safety, quality, and production, supervise staff, coordinate shifts, manage costs, and execute the weekly production plan. A robust Lean/6 Sigma mindset and ISO QA familiarity are essential.
