You will review demand, place contracts, monitor specifications, and support Category, Commercialization, and plant production efforts. The role requires supply chain understanding, analytical judgment, and supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review demand requirements and place tea and herbals contracts
- Improve buying patterns, pricing, and supply risk
- Monitor supplier contracts, specifications, and corrective actions
- Manage stakeholder communication and cross-functional production support
- Complete sustainability reporting, sensory evaluations, and invoice approvals
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of procurement experience
- CPG or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Understanding of supply chain dynamics and changing markets
- Proven negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills
- University degree preferred; tea industry experience advantageous
